Herbal teas

Herbal tea is prepared by combining hot water and fruits, leaves, roots or grains of herbs. The resulting drink can be served hot or cold.

Herbal tea has been used for nearly as long as written history extends. Documents have been recovered dating back to as early as Ancient Egypt and Ancient China that discuss the enjoyment and uses of herbal tea.

Traditional use of herbs in Hungary in an inherited ancient knowledge, living and practiced still today.

One of the best known representative of this kind of expertize is György Szabó, the 82 years old 'herbal-man', who has been educated by his grandmother. He still collects herbs manually in the Bükk-mountains, North of Hungary and uses the original recipies of the groundmother.

He has special recipies for many of the immunological, lung, intestinal, liver and bile, neuro-system, cardiovascular, etc. disorders.
